Pagat Cave was our next hiking adventure. Trent did this hike last year with his two advisers, so he was our tour guide. The first part of the hike is fairly flat and a pretty easy stroll. Further into the jungle it gets a little hairy. The terrain gets very steep in some parts parts with some very sharp coral to climb over.

The cave itself is almost pitch black so we had to take flashlights in to navigate around. It is filled with about 3-5 feet of freshwater that is nice and cool after a hot hike in.

At the end of the hike you reach the shoreline, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The boys all jumped off the cliff into the ocean, my friend Chrissy and I just took pictures and enjoyed the view.

The only downfall of this hike was that when we got back to our car, we found it had gotten broken into. There were about four other cars that got hit as well. Luckily we had nothing in there for them to take. Unfortunately our hike turned out to be a pretty pricey one, but on the up and up we got to have another amazing adventure here in Guam :)

  1. You guys are in the coolest place in the world (minus the break in). I'm so jealous.

My kids want to know how Spanky is doing. :)
